About this Event
Strengthen your workforce while supporting strong futures.
The Guyulgang Futures (Strong Futures) Program brings together industry, community and culture to create long‑term employment pathways in residential construction. Delivered by ACEREZ, Fusion Training, Skillset and Yilabara, the program supports employers to host motivated, job‑ready apprentices while reducing administrative and financial barriers.
Participants complete a 4‑week culturally supported pre‑employment program, building foundational trade skills, workplace confidence and readiness before entering apprenticeships. Throughout the journey, participants are supported by mentoring, cultural guidance and wellbeing services helping them stay engaged, supported and committed.
This is an opportunity for employers to grow their workforce while contributing to meaningful, community‑led outcomes.
