About this Event

The Comparative Gastroenterology Society's annual meeting, will take place from February 24-27, 2027 at the beautiful Outrigger Ka’anapali Beach Resort in Maui, Hawaii (travel dates February 23-28). The event kicks off with a welcome happy hour on the evening of the 23rd and closes with a banquet on the 27th.

Attendees will enjoy over 12 hours of cutting-edge presentations and talks on gastroenterology, hepatology, pancreatic diseases, and nutrition. True to our comparative focus, we welcome perspectives from across species, not just canine and feline GI disease, so bring your equine, exotic, avian, and other case studies too.
