GUT Presents: Stuffed!

Across cultures and cuisines, some of the world’s most beloved dishes share one delicious idea: something incredible tucked inside. Stuffed! celebrates the creativity, comfort and craftsmanship behind filled cuisine from around the globe — from wrapped and rolled to folded and filled.

This one-night-only dinner invites guests on a culinary journey through imaginative interpretations of stuffed dishes both familiar and unexpected. Tucson’s talented chefs will showcase the techniques, flavors and stories that make these creations timeless favorites, with each course offering a unique take on the evening’s theme.

A constellation of several of Tucson’s most beloved chefs are collaborating to bring you an unforgettable multi-course dining experience while celebrating our vibrant local food scene here in the United States’ first UNESCO designated City of Gastronomy. The chefs will prepare five courses from amuse bouche to dessert, along with a welcome cocktail and thoughtfully paired wines throughout the evening.

The dinner will take place at Arizona Sands Club, located at 565 N. Cherry Avenue on the University of Arizona campus. Join us for an evening of inventive cuisine, collaboration and all things stuffed.
