This 75-minute group breathwork experience is perfect for beginners curious about trying breathwork or those with experience looking to deepen their practice.
Breathwork is an ancient technique that supports deep relaxation and self-healing. It is an excellent tool for regulating the nervous system and benefits can include reduction in anxiety and depression, improved sleep and increased energy.
During this session, you will receive guided support to use a conscious controlled breathing technique to connect with your body, release stuck emotions, and find balance within.
To prepare, please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal one hour prior to the event. Bring a cushion, blanket and water bottle.
*Please note that breathwork is safe for most people, however if you have a traumatic brain injury, a seizure disorder, have a medical device (like pacemaker) or are pregnant you should discuss this with your doctor before participating.
