Gut Instinct is Southwest Michigan’s only resident improv group providing spontaneous comedic theatre inspired by you, the audience! 2025 saw the players subjected to The Fish Bowl where no one knew who was going to play next. Join us this year for new shows, new games and more fun than ever! Using suggestions from the audience, and occasionally an audience member or two, Gut instinct creates comedy out of thin air. Every show is unique, crafted for the audience and filled with moments you won’t want to miss. Follow your instincts, take a break from the doom-scroll, and bust a gut with us!
Shows typically run around 90 minutes with an intermission.
Venue bar and restaurant will be open for purchase.

PARKING INFO:
Parking for The Loading Dock is accessed via Front Street in downtown Buchanan. The main lot is on the west side of the event building, between the duck pond and The Loading Dock.
The overflow lot is to the north, past Chunk’s Ice Cream. Refer to parking map provided for further information and details.
The City of Buchanan also has several public lots available for event parking.
The parking lot next to Citgo to the south of The Loading Dock is not event parking for The Loading Dock.
