GUT HEALTH LUNCH AT POLGOON VINEYARD
This one is both.
On 30 June I'm hosting a three-course gut health lunch at the beautiful Polgoon Vineyard in Penzance — and every single dish on the menu has been designed with your gut health in mind. Not in a virtuous, joyless way. In a pan-seared Cornish red mullet, kefir panna cotta, Polgoon sparkling wine kind of way.
The food is designed and cooked by me through Indulgence Catering. The gut health talk is woven through the lunch — so you'll leave understanding exactly what your food has been doing for you, without ever feeling like you're in a lecture.
The day looks like this:
🥂 Polgoon Wild Ferment wine on arrival
🌿 Three courses, all gut-health aligned
🎙 A talk woven through the lunch
🍇 Optional guided walk through the vineyard afterwards
The menu:
To begin — Roasted and pickled rainbow beetroot, soft goat's cheese, sourdough crostini, kombucha vinegar dressing
Main — Pan-seared Cornish red mullet, cultured butter new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, samphire, Polgoon sparkling beurre blanc
To finish — Kefir panna cotta, seasonal berries, pistachio and dark chocolate crumb, Polgoon honey
