🎆 Gloucester's Official Bonfire Spectacular: GUNPOWDER PLOT!
Join us on November 2nd for a community bonfire night event that promises an unforgettable evening packed with excitement and entertainment.
GATES OPEN 5PM
GATES CLOSE 7:30PM
DISPLAY STARTS: 8PM
Access is only via the Cotteswold Road entrance and not the main school entrances on Painswick Road.
📜 Historical Journey Come with us as we take you on a historical journey of the Gunpowder Plot, told with a modern twist. Accompanied by storytelling and music, this is an event you do not want to miss.
🎧 Music: Enjoy a mix of tracks to keep the energy high throughout the night.
🍔 Food and Drink Stalls: Savor delicious treats from various food and drink stalls from:
The Ground & Round Burger - flipping delightful patties full of flavour.
Pig's Pizza - slinging some dough for the best handmade pizzas.
Chez's Ice Mobile Desserts - all of your ice cream based sweet treats.
🎡 Funfair: Our funfair will delight guests of all ages, with rides and games creating a festive atmosphere.
🎇 Fireworks Display: Prepare to be mesmerized by a closing fireworks display, combining a sensational soundtrack with unique storytelling for a truly immersive experience.
💖 Support Local Charities: This is a not-for-profit event, with all profits donated to local charities and community groups as decided by Gloucester Academy and Apex Fireworks. We proudly support these vital causes, and several organisations will be on-site to share their impactful work.
🎟️ Ticket Information: Ticket prices are reduced for pre-booking, so secure yours early. Any tickets that are available at the gate may incur a premium.
♿ Accessibility: The event has disabled access, and guests with additional needs are welcome. We have secured limited disabled parking for blue badge holders, which, although free, requires a ticket to ensure we can monitor availability. These are strictly first come, first served.
🔊 Important Note: The event will involve bright flashes and loud noises. We recommend ear defenders for those who might react adversely to the pops and bangs.
