On 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, we are going to meet at Edwin Warner Park — Shelter 9 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gf54hrUZXb6tSQ6Q6) to take the dogs for a hike and pick up trash along the way. After that, we’ll have some lunch at the park and then get together at Tailgate Brewery on Charlotte Pike (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gcynumFG3g2n2meH7) where we’ll hang out and watch football, and GUNNER will cover the tab. If you’re able to join us, please RSVP through the Facebook event and fill out the Park’s volunteer signup form. Here are directions on that:
1. Go to their Private Volunteer Groups page using this link: https://volunteer.bloomerang.co/volunteer/#/join-party?k=xnyxcsitlzbgn1
2. Click the green “Sign Up” button.
3. When asked “How are you registering?”, choose “I am joining an existing group” and select “Gunner Kennels.”
4. Fill in the rest of the form (name, emergency contact, email, and digital waiver).
5. On the next page, select the Gunner Kennels volunteer shift to complete your registration.
