-The format is Constructed following the latest rules, which can be found here.

-The tournament will consist of a number of rounds of Swiss based on attendance (4-8 players = 3 rounds, 9-16 players = 4 rounds, 17+ players = 5 rounds). Each round will be a 30-minute best-of-one-game match. End-of-round procedure is an additional 5 minutes added to the game OR three additional full turns, whichever finishes first. If deck count is tied, players may use a random method to determine the winner.
