Join the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Honors Program Alumni Chapter for an evening with Ken Wells, author of Gumbo Life: A Journey Down the Roux Bayou, as we celebrate the release of his new paperback edition.
Ken will join us in “dishing” out his fascinating research on this beloved Cajun classic and sharing his stories and delicious recipes! And come hungry, as an evening about gumbo would only be complete with a bowl of gumbo. Multiple options for event registration, including with or without purchase of the book and the chance to donate a book to a current Honors Program student.
