Welcome to the Mardi Gras Gumbo Cookoff at Bandera Brewery. Teams should arrive with their prepared gumbo. Setup runs from 12–2, and power will be available for crockpots and warmers.
🏆 Judging begins at 2, when winners will be crowned.
🍲 Tasting tickets will be available from 2:30–4 for $1 per sample.
