Gulf Orchids - Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Come flow amongst the flowers at Gulf Orchids for this monthly offering. Class starts at 10:00 AM (9:50 AM arrival) on the norm and at 9:30 AM during the summer to take advantage of the cooler mornings (summer hours June - September)!

We’ll be focusing on deep and invigorating stretches so whether you’re waking up your body for the weekend, there’ll be movement and stillness for you here. All levels are welcome and no previous experience is required.
