Campers will get started or progress in guitar technique, do fun activities, and check out the rockin’ history of American guitar greats in honor of America's 250th birthday! Your tween or teen will gain appreciation for legends like like B.B. King, Hendrix, Petty, Collins (Allen, not Phil!) and many more. In fact, the list is so long that I am having a hard time choosing. Parents are invited to rock out at a mini concert on the final day at 4pm.
Bring your own electric or acoustic guitar.
No Experience Required. There will be beginner and advanced tracks.
Ages 10-17. Rec activities are geared toward tweens and teens at this intensive "boot camp" for rapid guitar growth. We will cover a lot of ground quickly but age exceptions may be possible for mature 7-9 year olds with guitar experience.
July 13-16, 1-4:30pm
