The Guiding Star Cycle Show is an interactive, engaging experience designed especially for girls ages 9–12, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at puberty, menstruation, ovulation, and fertility in a way that is age-appropriate, positive, and empowering.
Rather than making puberty something to fear or feel embarrassed about, the Cycle Show helps girls discover the beauty and incredible design of the female body and equips them with knowledge they can carry into womanhood.

The Cycle Show creates a welcoming environment where girls can ask questions, learn without embarrassment, and begin to see their bodies with confidence, respect, and wonder.
