Join us for a guided nature walk led by queer ethnobotanist Hallie Bryant Rounthwaite. Starting at the Margate Standing Stones and finishing at the Margate Lido, this event will explore the lessons plants can teach us about our relationships, our communities, and ourselves. Focusing on plants commonly found in Margate, the walk will delve into their historical, medicinal, and cultural uses, as well as how this knowledge can empower and protect us in the present.
