Guided Walk at the Ridgefield Park Nature Preserve

Join us for our next nature walk with naturalist Kevin Avery and RP Environmental Commission co-chair Tammy Laverty
All ages are welcome! You are encouraged to bring cameras (or use your phones!), download the iNaturalist app to use along the way, and ask questions!
All walks meet at the Nature Preserve Parking Lot at the base of East Grand Ave. Open to all ages; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Walks will be canceled in the event of rain.
Dress in layers, wear appropriate footwear, and bring SPF and bug spray. The Ridgefield Park Nature Preserve is dog-free to protect the wildlife and your pup.

Note: The walk is relatively flat, but two areas are only accessible by stairs (about 6–8 stone stairs).
