Join Gretchen Cline, Ph.D., E-RYT, for a deeply restorative Guided Visualization and Gong Sound Bath designed to support nervous system regulation, heart opening, and intuitive expansion.This gentle, immersive experience weaves guided imagery with the resonant tones of the gong to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for integration. Participants are invited to rest, receive, and reconnect — allowing the sound and visualization to support balance, clarity, and inner listening.
Gretchen has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2005 and is currently enrolled in Level 3 of the International (KYRI) Aquarian Teacher Trainer Programs through the KRI Aquarian Teaching Academy. She is part of Creation Yoga’s Aquarian Teacher Training (Level I) and brings decades of experience into her teaching. Gretchen also teaches Kundalini Yoga at Muskegon Community College, a for-credit course she developed in 2007.
She is the author of Grieving Into Joy: Kundalini Yoga, Affirmations, and Creative Activities for Grief Wellness, a book born from years of guiding students through loss, healing, and transformation.
This offering at The Hearth is an invitation to slow down, regulate, and return to yourself — supported by sound, presence, and community.
