Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Guided Sound Meditation event! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other calming instruments.

Location: Bogan Park Community Recreation and Aquatic Center, North Bogan Road Northeast, Buford, GA, USA.

During this in-person event, you will have the opportunity to experience the power of sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation and inner peace. Our experienced meditation guide will lead you through a journey of sound, helping you to release stress and tension, and find a sense of harmony and balance.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to let go and relax. Comfortable clothing is recommended to enhance your meditation experience.
