Join us for a serene and soulful evening to reset and realign. This 60-minute session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rest in deep stillness—through breath, intention, and sound.

The session includes:

• A grounding guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment
• A deeply restorative crystal sound bath to soothe your nervous system & open the heart
• Gentle energy activation to restore balance & clarity
• A closing reflection and intention to carry with you

This gathering is open to all, whether you're looking to release stress, set intentions, or simply create space for yourself. We’ll provide yoga mats, eye masks, pillows, and blankets—but you're welcome to bring anything to help support your comfort (water, journal, cozy socks, etc.).
