Take a midweek pause to breathe deeply, restore your energy, and enjoy meaningful connection in a welcoming space.
Join me most Wednesday evenings this summer for a deeply relaxing experience that begins with a guided meditative journey and flows into a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, and other healing instruments.
As you settle into a peaceful state of relaxation, you may receive insight, inspiration, or the deep rest your mind and body have been craving. Every journey is unique, and you'll receive exactly what you need in the moment.
Come as you are. I'll provide comfortable zero-gravity chairs, cozy blankets, and a light snack with coffee or tea afterward. All you need to bring is yourself.
