Invite your body, heart, and mind to join with gentle, soothing, healing vibrations of sound. You will be guided, by Valerie Woodard of Inner Labyrinth Healing, into harmonizing breath, mantra, and visualization, lifting you towards peaceful inner space where you can experience deep rest and connect with the whispers of your heart. Profound vibrational resonances will nurture you with a revolving combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, hand-pan, ocean drum, gong, and more. Each sound bath is intuitively created to provide deep relaxation, inner alignment, and rejuvenation.
Each participant is gifted a crystal that pertains to the evening’s theme.
Yoga Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. Please bring any items needed to make your experience the most comfortable.
