Guided Somatic Breathwork

Having a tough week? Looking for a way to let go of stress and emotions? Our Somatic Breathwork group session is the perfect solution for those seeking to release pent-up stress and emotions while reconnecting with their true selves. Breathwork has been shown to be effective in managing anxiety and stress, as well as regulating your nervous system. We provide a safe space where all forms of expression are welcome, including laughing, crying, yelling, and movement. Our goal is to help you connect with others and embrace your true self. The session includes music from a variety of artists and guided questions to help you dive deep and reflect. Leave all your stress on the mat and see what you'll discover.

To have the best experience possible, please be sure to bring the following to your session:

- Yoga mat (we have some extras in a pinch)

- Water bottle; no open containers like Yeti cups please!

- Sleep mask; if desired

- Light blanket; if desired

- Pillow; recommended if you have back issues

- Chapstick; not required but recommended

We recommend you arrive at 1:50 PM to get grounded in the space before your session. We will start promptly at 2:00 PM. The space will not be open prior to 1:45 PM.

Please be aware that we are located in Suite H which is located between the Domino's and the Enterprise, in the door marked with an H on the window. Just give us a knock and we'll let you into the space. We are NOT directly beneath the Dancers Workshop sign which is a bit further down the complex (and where our physical address tends to lead people).

Last but certainly not least, please sign the Liability Release Agreement Waiver before attending your session. You can do so online through our partner, WaiverForever: HERE. Once you have signed our waiver, it is good for any future sessions unless your medical or pregnancy status should change so no need to sign if you've done so in the past! If you have trouble signing it online, we will ask you to sign in person before completing your session. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
