Guided Shamanic Journeying

Leading a group on a shamanic journey meditation in a sacred and comfortable space. It will begin with grounding exercises, guide participants to relax, and set intentions for the journey. Using rhythmic drumming or music, to facilitate a visualization that encourages participants to explore their inner landscapes, connect with spirit guides, and receive insights. Encouraging participants to share their experiences if they feel comfortable, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
