This one-hour morning session is an invitation to slow down and rest deeply. Through guided Yoga Nidra and the gentle support of sound, you’ll be led into a state of conscious rest where the body can soften and the nervous system can settle.
No movement experience is required. You’ll be comfortably supported throughout the session as you lie down and are guided into rest.
