Guided Psychedelic Breath® Experience with Breath of Shafi

About the Experience
Psychedelic Breath® is a 90-minute guided breath-work session combining dynamic breathing techniques, immersive electronic music, and intentional awareness. You’ll be guided to let go of stored tension, access deeper states of consciousness, awaken clarity, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Sergey is has been trained by Eva Kaczor, the creator of Psychedelic Breath®. No prior experience required.

What to Bring
• Yoga mat or comfortable surface
• Light blanket or shawl
• Eye-mask (optional) and journal
• Water bottle
• Avoid heavy meals 1–1.5 hours before class

Safety & Contraindications
Psychedelic Breath® is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or diagnosed with epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, psychosis, recent surgery, or other serious conditions. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before participating. Participation is voluntary — you may stop at any time.
