During the fall, when days are falling shorter and we are nearing Holiday season it is recommended to pause and find balance within the stress of all we have yet to "do" and the quiet stillness that is soon ahead that is calling us to release.
Drop in with a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation and receive a sound bath clearing that cultivates peace and relaxation to allow the stress to melt away.
You will be guided to settle into a state of complete relaxation, knowing that you are safe and supported.

Emily Thompson, from Waves Sacred Healing is a RN, BSN, Intuitive Healing Practitioner in a variety of modalities of healing therapies including Reiki and Trauma Informed Yoga Nidra. Meditation and subtle body relaxation are essential in developing inner harmony.
