Step into a restorative evening under the stars designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect the body and mind, and gently attune through direct connection with horses.

This guided Nidra sound bath takes place outdoors under the open desert sky, within the peaceful setting of Dreamcatcher Healing Ranch. Before the guided portion begins, guests are invited to spend intentional, grounded time with the horses, offering the opportunity for gentle interaction, touch, and presence. Horses are known for their ability to support nervous system regulation and emotional grounding, often reflecting calm through their steady, attuned nature.

Once settled, guests will be guided into deep rest on luxury air mattresses prepared with bolsters, pillows, silky eye pillows, and cozy blankets. The experience begins with grounding vibration from large Tibetan bowls, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to lead the body into a state of profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.

The evening continues with an immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and organic instruments that create wave-like tones to support release, rest, and nervous system regulation. Sound and stillness weave together to create a space where the body can soften and the mind can quiet naturally.

Throughout the experience, thoughtful details support comfort and reflection, including grounding tea served after the session and a thank you gift to carry the inention beyond the evening. Guests are also welcome to spend additional quiet time with the horses before and after the guided portion, honoring the slow, unrushed nature of the experience.

This experience is open to guests ages 16 and older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
