Guided Nature Walk: A Mindful Meet Up

Welcome to our Guided Nature Walk!

Description: Join us for a meditative walk through the beautiful parks of Brooklyn. Led by artist and mindful leader Tara Rook, these free Guided Nature Walks provide a unique opportunity to experience mindfulness in New York City within a supportive group setting. Each walk begins with a brief group meditation to ground and center ourselves, followed by a silent practice of aimlessly wandering the area being present and open to our senses. We then reconvene to share and discuss our experiences.
