Guided Multipitch Climbing
Advertisement
Spend a day being introduced to multipitch climbing by being guided up some of the best routes in the South West! Climb routes up to 50m high, learn some climbing skills and get inspired to learn more!
WHO'S IT FOR?
This guided climbing is suitable for the following:
• Beginner climbers who want a big climbing day experience to learn some new skills
• Those who have lead climbing experience on single pitch crags
• You may want to start climbing on sea cliffs or on mountain crags, possibly in the Alps, but haven't yet got the skills or experience to do this safely
• Anyone who has some multipitch experience and wants to develop their skills to become more efficient.
• You may be on holiday and want an adventurous activity to fill a day!
Book for yourself on the dates shown and join a like minded individual, or book as a pair on any date over the festival to enjoy climbing
What is multipitch climbing you ask? To put it simply, you climb part way up the cliff, build an anchor, attaching yourself and bring up your climbing partner to join you. Repeat the process until you reach the top! This allows climbers to climb bigger cliffs, much longer than their rope length.
Due to the nature of multipitch climbing, a venue will be confirmed by the provider closer to the time.
