You are invited to join us at Root and Grow Dance Studio for Guided Movement Meditations. Soft movement with a somatic lens allowing your body to reconnect to your mind and spirit. Each session will weave movement, meditation, journaling, and open discussion with fellow movers. Build your community and treat yourself to a unique restorative practice. This gathering is offered bimonthly and walk-ins are welcome.
