A Guided Meditation & Elemental Ceremony
Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and transformation as we journey through the sacred elements together.
Hosted at Sage Owl & Ember Fox, this special collaborative event is designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water through guided meditation, music, and ceremony.
Kirston Ann of Sacred Curiosity will guide participants through an immersive meditation journey through the elements while Trever of Menominee Shaman supports the experience with Native American flute, shamanic drumming, and rattling.
Following the guided journey, Trever will lead the group through a simple hands-on elemental ceremony, allowing participants to physically connect with the energies explored during meditation and anchor their experience into the present moment.
This gathering is open to all experience levels. Whether you are new to meditation or have walked a spiritual path for years, you are welcome.
