Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. A Reiki session involves the practitioner channeling universal life force energy to the individual who is ready to receive this universal support.
In these guided group meditation and Reiki sessions we will utilize a combination of visualization, breathing, and Reiki techniques to better support you in whatever moment you are living in. When leaving these guided healing sessions, one should feel a sense of universal love and support radiating from within.
Patrice Hale is an avid forager, energy worker, and mother. She finds the most peace and grounding when surrounded by the vast beauty of Alaskan terrain. Patrice has been a practicing Reiki Master since 2021 and is passionate about creating space for others to receive the universal love and support available to all.
