Visions of Healing at Creative Cafe is a gentle and enriching workshop that combines guided meditation with mindful watercolor art to support emotional well-being, creativity, and inner calm. Through grounding practices like the Tree of Life meditation and expressive techniques such as neurographic drawing and pattern play with a touch of watercolor, participants are invited to slow down, release stress, and connect more deeply with themselves. No art or meditation experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Then we dive into mixed media art journaling, layering color, texture, images, and words as you plant seeds for the season ahead. Think playful exploration, intuitive creation, and meaningful intention setting all in one inspiring afternoon.
No experience needed, just an open heart and a curious spirit.
