Cord & Hook Removal: A Guided Meditation for Energetic Release
Join Leslie for a powerful guided meditation designed to help you release energetic cords and hooks that may be draining your energy, clouding your clarity, or keeping you tied to past situations, habits, relationships or emotions. In a safe and supportive space, you'll be gently guided to identify and clear these energetic attachments, reclaim your personal power, and restore balance to your energy field.
This session is ideal for anyone feeling stuck, emotionally burdened, or ready to let go of what no longer serves them.
No experience necessary—just bring an open heart, a willingness to release, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during meditation. Water, journal, pillow and blanket. Yoga mat will be provided
