Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Grounding

Aloha dear friends,

You ar invited to share some sacred time in community. Join us for clearing mental chatter, unplugging form our technology, regulating the nervous system, and grounding.

You will be guided through a process of healing with the elements that is very soft and gentle on the nervous sytem.

Folllowed by sound healing with aromatherapy, and ending with a lovely uplifitng message from our favorite oracle decks. Please join us for gentle healing in a nurturing environment.

About Photon Light Therapy

Join us for this unique immersive experience of singing crystal bowls with Photon Light, a delightful treat for the body. The use of the photon light with Sacred Geometry helps to release energetic blocks and harmonizes the body ( etheric, emotional, astral and mental).

When accompanied by sound, the experience is amplified, leaving your body feeling lighter, relaxed and revitalized. You will be led through a guided meditation and gentle transition to higher frequencies.

I use harmonic vibrations and deep overtone, emitting instruments to stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, whcih are associated with meditative and peaceful states.

Frequency is much more that just sound. Frequency creates vibration which speaks to out energetic fields. There are many frequencies that we do not hear audibly, but that affect us daily. The 432 Hz frequency is also known to release emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. It assists to put us in harmony with the never ending or beginning frequency code of the universe. It allows us to be more in sync with the innate knowledge of the Universe in a more intuitve way. You will leave feeling relaxed and nurtured and blissed out.
