Whether you’re new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, you’ll find a supportive, nonjudgmental circle to help you quiet the mind, deepen presence, and connect with your inner self.
Each session includes:
✨ A brief opening reflection grounded in UU values of compassion, curiosity, and connection
✨ Guided meditation and time for silent practice
✨ Optional sharing and community connection afterward
