Join us for a guided meditation followed by a sound bath for your souls. We will guide and support you on a sound journey using beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, drum, shakers, flute, tuning forks and much more ❤Come and enjoy this 90 minute experience of sound healing with us ✨

Please ensure you bring with you all items to make yourself comfortable and warm as you will be on the floor (we recommend- warm layers, warm socks, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask etc)⭐️
