🍒FEBRUARY WORKSHOP!🍒A Self-Care Affair: Let’s love on YOU! Join Natalie & Julie for a super nourishing practice that will honor your body while soothing your mind and spirit. You’ll experience some very gentle movement along with a singing bowl sound bath paired with a guided meditation. You’ll stretch gently. Breathe deeply. And rest completely. Zero experience necessary.
Dress comfortably and bring a mat and any cozy props you’d like, (blanket &/or pillow, etc.). No mat? No problem! We will have a few extras.
