Experienced meditation instructor Sarah Fredrickson leads us on a guided clearing and healing meditation bringing harmony to our body, mind and spirit. She utilizes a variety of healing tools, such as tuning forks and her intuitive skills to cultivate an experience that connects all to their innate healing potential.
