Join us every Thursday @ 10:30 am for guided meditation with the focus on self-healing. Experienced meditation instructor Sarah Fredrickson leads us on a guided clearing and healing meditation bringing harmony to our body, mind and spirit. She utilizes a variety of healing tools, such as tuning forks and her vast bank of intuitive skills to cultivate an experience that connects all to their innate healing potential. Meditation in a group is powerful! Donations accepted for this event.
