Coming home. Arriving, no longer needing to do anything, simply letting go and just be. Finally feeling peace deep within ourselves.We all long for this so much and yet we live in exactly the opposite way. We think we need to be different, better, stronger, and more perfect, so that everything will finally fall into place.
Through the practice of meditation, we find peace in our body and calmness in our mind. Only in silence can we listen to what our body is trying to tell us.
This meditation is guided by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
