Join us for a guided journey with drum, crystal bowls, song and energy medicine.

A psychological assessment must be completed prior to registration for those interested in the optional plant medicine sacrament if you have a current or past history of SSRI usage, mental health diagnosis or inpatient mental health treatment to ensure safety and feasibility of this approach for all. Please book a session online if that is the case and you would like to inquire further on this approach to healing and expansion. Must be 21 years of age or older to partake in the voluntary gifted psilocybin. Past and current clientele, please inquire with me directly as you have already completed this step, and I want to ensure a good fit! These circles will be facilitated at the wellness center downtown, so spaces are small & intimate allowing for deep integration & alchemy with a group ceremony to ground and reflect afterwards. No journeying experience is necessary. The time is now, we are so honored to join you on the path back to the heart.
Please bring a blanket and any other creature comforts you may need for your space. Japanese futons, floor cushions and pillows are available & chairs and a big comfy couch is also available at the wellness center if mobility restrictions prevent lying down. Herbal tea or cacao (see monthly description) will be administered for the ceremony each month, and energized water is also always available.
Plant Medicine Programming at the Sanctuary of Growth
Psilocybin has been known for centuries to be one of the most powerful catalysts of affecting positive change and shifting our consciousness states and increasing coherency within the hearts and spirits of those that feel called to partake in this most potent plant medicine, the conduit of great spirit. Psilocybin can be facilitated in many different forms, including microdosing and macrodosing. You can compare the differences between micro and macro dosing to taking vitamins or supplements for maintenance and supportive programming within the body versus consuming larger doses, such as when hyper focusing on certain problematic areas or diseases within the body, or core areas of focus within wellness overall or chronic treatment of various conditions. The chosen approach is dependent upon many different variables and dynamics related to intentionality and areas of focus and healing to be optimized through the processes of immersing in this sacred medicine.
At the Sanctuary Of Growth holding space for these medicines is done in many different forms, including small group processes, one on one consultations, integration, and holding of space for sacred journeys, in addition to longer term supplemental microdosing planning, continued guidance and support. As a practicing clinician with a masters degree in social work, an RMT with two decades of experience holding space in many different therapeutic settings and offerings, including individual, small and large group work. I am incredibly excited to bring this modality to the forefront, and to provide my current and future clientele in opportunities to immerse in this most potent catalyst of change to empower from within.
Throughout the legislative processes as the state is working diligently with legislators in both OR & CO to provide trainings, parameters and guidance on establishing psilocybin treatment centers, I am following known guidance and from 2024 to 2025 I will be charging my normative assessment and group rates to ensure that this most powerful modality is legal, feasible and attainable for all.
