Guided Forest Bathing

Unplug, slow down, and de-stress from your daily routine. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, a certified forest bathing guide will lead you through a series of sensory-based invitations designed to relax, restore, and deepen your relationship with the natural world.
Special for this session: Reverand Jennifer Miller PhD from Serenity Now Global will be concluding our walk with a 30min sound bath. A sound bath session can lead to reduced anxiety levels, tension, and improve mood as well as diminished pain.
For ages 18+
Fee: $35 per person (includes parking); $25 for Friends of Wehr members
