Enjoy a full body immersive experience from a variety of overtone playing instruments, chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls . Gradually relax and reset while listening with the body and mind.

A guided meditation through the seven major chakra centers provides the opportunity for person process work. Allow the transformative power of sound and vibration to instill a feeling of deep relaxation, balance and well being.

Arrive a few minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in. Meditation pillows and eye masks will be provided.
