Guided Candle Light Meditation
Join Tabatha on the first Tuesday of each month for a gentle, candlelit meditation experience — a sacred space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Meditation is the practice of bringing your awareness inward, allowing the mind to soften and the body to relax. It is not about stopping your thoughts, but simply observing them without judgment, creating space for calm and clarity to arise.
During this session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system can settle, emotional balance can be restored, and a sense of inner peace can unfold.
This is a time to release, reset, and realign —
to return to your breath, your body, and the present moment.
No experience is needed — just come as you are.
