Masters' artist statement:

The rhythmic meandering of streams and shores owe their melodic contours to erosion. The brush, guided by the hand and nothing else, makes similar music. It’s as if a spirit of song pulses through all of nature composed from the interplay of presence and absence. In their harmony life’s music arises. And yet what color would life’s song have without dissonance?
