We learn to protect ourselves by disconnecting. We bury emotions too big to hold, silence the parts of us that once felt so alive, and build walls where we once trusted. But those pieces of us—the ones we pushed away—are still waiting to be seen, felt, and embraced.

This journey is about remembrance. It’s about breathing life back into the parts of you that were forgotten, neglected, or left behind. It’s about creating safety within, so you can meet yourself with the love and compassion you have always deserved.

SOME ESSENTIALS & SUGGESTIONS

The beathwork session will last approximately 90-120 minutes. Leaving time for the breathwork joureny and extra time for integration afterword. You may bring your own journal for personal insights or if you feel called to share we will have a share circle after to aid in integration and allow for any questions.

HEADPHONES WILL BE PROVIDED for our 9D experience.

Eat light or consider fasting for at two hours pre-session. It can be hard to breath on a full stomach.

Dress comfortably.

New Eye masks will be provided, however, you may bring your own.

Yoga Mats and blankets will be provided. Again feel free to bring your own if you prefer as well as optional pillow and additional blankets.

Please feel free to bring a water bottle with you.

And lastly but not least, please bring an open Heart and Mind. 🤍

This journey will ask you to breathe through resistance, to meet yourself with honesty, and to hold space for the parts of you that may have been waiting a long time to be acknowledged. It’s deep work, but on the other side is a sense of belonging within yourself that is unshakable.

🔴 PLEASE READ!!! It’s crucial to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. This journey isn't advisable for all individuals— Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Some Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures. Anyone on heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction. Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support. Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and I generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning breathwork.

We are located next to the Barber shop close to the corner of South Street.We have street parking, a parking lot and a parking garage located at 125 E All Saints St, Frederick, MD 21701 just a block away. Our parking lot is for the entire building and is open to use on the weekends and after 5pm M-F. You can enter through the front or back door depending on where you park.
