Dementia impacts those living with it and their loved ones in profound ways. Join Britney Mostek, GUIDE Dementia Care Nurse Practitioner, for an informational conversation about dementia. Britney will discuss dementia signs and symptoms, practical tools for caregivers and how GUIDE Dementia Care (a program of Cedar Valley Hospice) can help both the patient and caregiver.
