Get Up Get It Done presents the ultimate community clash.
This isn’t just fitness — it’s 50 athletes from GetUpGetItDone going head-to-head with 50 athletes from a rival community in a showdown like no other. Across five fierce competitions, teams will battle it out to see who takes the crown.
Expect the energy high and the workouts raw — Ski Ergs, Row Ergs, Dumbbells, Devil Presses, Thrusters and more. Functional fitness at its most intense, fueled by community, competition, and pride.
This is more than a workout. It’s a war for bragging rights. Which side will rise?

• First team to finish wins
2. 3 Rep Max 🏋️ *3rep each person, each exercise.
• Back squat
• Deadlift
• Hip thrust
• Chest press
• Strict shoulder press
• Highest combined lift wins
3. Conditioning Chamber🔥Team Must Complete
• 4k row + 4k ski
• 70 cals assault bike
• 50 over-the-bar burpees
• Group 1k run to finish

4. REPS ON REPS 💪
• 10 min Team max effort:
• Pull ups
• Burpees
• Box jumps

• Most reps/distance for each category wins
5. Pits of Hell 😈
• In pairs (I-Go-You-Go):
• 60 devil presses
• 60 barbell squats (50kg)
• 60 squat thrusters (10/15kg)
• 60 burpees
• First team to finish wins
