Join us this coming Thursday, January 8th from 9-11 for our first meeting of the year as we kick off the NEW YEAR focusing on our health and wellness, physically, mentally, and spiritually as mothers. Our guest speaker Michaela Schell wears many different hats alongside being a mom and co-owner of Immersion LLC sauna and cold plunge studio in Fargo! She has a lot of wisdom and wellness experience to share with us and we could not be more thrilled about hosting her.
